*WEEKLY small group team training led by your team’s Personal Trainer. There will be 8 trainings total.
*Two Group Seminars: The Secrets of Sustainable Weight Loss & Maintaining a Healthy lifestyle
*Prizes will be given to the winning team with the greatest percentage of weight lost.
