Group Ex Sampler

Join us on April 27th 9:30-11:30am to sample new classes & instructors and a few fun regular classes too! Boot camp will take place at 8:30am. Zumba at 9:30am Yoga at 11:30am is canceled.

Sampler Timeline:
9:30-9:55am –  Kick & Tone – This class is a combination of kickboxing and strength training using dumbbells and resistance bands. It’s a synergistic workout to fast track results.
10:00-10:25am – Kettlebell Ampd – This format takes heart pumping music and kettlebell moves and combines them into 50 minutes of calorie torching FUN! Kettlebell Ampd is a full body workout.
10:30-10:55am – 4Ever Fit – Aerobic and weight training for all muscle groups, improves cardio health, relieves stress, and renews energy. Come join us for great music & calorie-burning fun.
11:00-11:25am – Zumba – Join the Party. This exhilarating easy-to-follow, Latin inspired, calorie burning, fitness party will move you. It features interval training that tone & sculpt the body.

Space is limited. Arrive early, 30 class passes will be available. First-come, first serve.
