Couch 2 5K Training Program
Calling all Couch Potatoes, Stroller Striders, Walkers, Joggers, and Runners!
Join us for a 6-week Couch to 5K Training Plan with a certified running coach leading up to the Rouse Center’s Spooktacular Halloween 5k on Saturday, October 26th! Participants will be divided into three groups: Walkers, Joggers or Runners and will receive an individual weekly training plan along with informative running chats after each session about nutrition, shoes, hydration, stretching, strengthening, and more. If you can walk a mile you can walk, jog or run a 5K!
