Jump Start Your Path To Wellness

Small Group Training –  October 8 – 17  4 Sessions
Don’t get lost in the crowd. Let us help! This group is designed to get you started, and help you stay focus on your path to wellness.

Work with a Certified Personal Trainer and a small group of 3-4 people for (6) 50 minute sessions.
Receive a fitness assessment, individualized workout plan & nutritional guidance.
Learn the fundamentals of fitness, different styles of workouts and how to create you own workout plan.

Great for people who are new to the to exercising, recovering from an injury/surgery or returning after a long time off. Trainings are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 2 consecutive weeks (a total of 4 sessions) at 10:30am

*Must have a minimum of 3 participants to hold the class.  Advance registration is required. Dates are announced once the class minimum capacity is met and payment is required thereafter.
