Water Aerobics

**During the Phase 3 reopening plan set forth by Gov. Northam, fitness centers can operate at 75% capacity. This means we will be offering a limited selection of class options and you must register for the classes prior to the startPLEASE CLICK HERE  for the Registration page.

Our Water Exercise program is here to meet your needs with multiple class and depth formats. Each 50-minute class is open to members of all fitness levels and our instructors are well trained in offering modifications as needed. Our class formats include everything from Bootcamp, Circuits, Barre and Tabata, to Yoga Fusion and Yoga Flow. Classes are offered in the shallow Recreation pool, the deep Competition pool, and the warm Wellness pool.
Currently, classes are accessible by registering online at rousecenter.com beginning at midnight on Sunday for the upcoming week. We do ask that you call the front desk to cancel your reservation if you find you are unable to attend class so another member may utilize your spot.
