In honor of Personal Trainer Awareness Day, we will be spotlighting our hard working Personal Trainers and Instructors after an unprecedented year! These folks graciously adjusted to ever-changing guidelines and restrictions quickly and modified workouts to meet the needs of clients and members. We are truly grateful for each of them!

My weight is now ideal for both my height and body mass. I’ve gone from hovering at 200lbs. when I started to now being consistently between 190 and 193 with no change in diet or exceptional effort.

The key to that success, I believe, is Ron tailoring and continuing to adjust my weight training program as my strength and stamina approved. It was a gradual process and I never became overwhelmed or disappointed with my progress. That sense of accomplishment has been key to me continuing with the program over these five years.

I also know myself well enough to know that without the weekly commitment of meeting with Ron, two times a week at 07:00 am, I would not be doing any regular physical exercise. It’s just too easy for me to find any number of excuses for not going to the gym. I am not one of those who really likes to do physical training, but the regular discipline of meeting with a personal trainer who has designed a program specifically for my needs has been hugely successful in me improving my strength and stamina and maintaining my ideal weight without any resort to extraordinary effort.

And, over the last five years, we’ve become rather good friends! I really appreciate his professionalism.”

Keith has helped me achieve getting into a routine and getting up early on Saturday mornings! I do his Saturday morning class without fail, and I start to look forward to it early on in the week! Even though I do Peloton rides every day, it’s always Keith’s class that’s the highlight of my week. When I first started his class, I could barely make it through without one or two breaks. “It’ll be great, you’ll love it,” is his go-to phrase when he knows he’s going to throw in something challenging. At the beginning, I used to wonder if I ever would “love it.” Little did I know just how much I actually would love it 18 months later! See ?, he’s that good, he knew all along, just listen to him!

Thank you ever so much for the motivation, the encouragement, and giving me the sense of achievement I feel every Saturday morning after the class ends, my only disappointment is that I have to wait 7 days to do it all again!”
