Reach Athletics Basketball & Strength Training

Program Overview = Reach Athletics is offering a program that provides a mentoring platform using sports as a tool. The program includes both Basketball & Strength Training for boys and girls ages 13 – 17, regardless of skill level! Our goal is to improve athletes’ overall skill set while teaching life lessons . Our program provides college/ professional level drills, concepts, and techniques to each of our Athletes while including strength and performance training around basketball to better prepare and give each athlete an advantage over the competition.

Skills and Techniques = Shooting, ball handling, speed power and strength, defense, attacking the basket combo moves, fitness & conditioning.
