This February, in honor of Heart Health Month, Personal Trainer Carrie Murray is excited to introduce "Heart to Heart", a small group fitness class designed to help you strengthen your body and your heart. Whether you’re looking to improve cardiovascular health, boost energy, or simply get moving in a fun, supportive environment, this class is for you!

What to Expect:

  • Cardio Workouts: Fun, heart-pumping exercises that will get your heart rate up and help improve endurance.

  • Small Group Setting: Personal attention in a supportive group environment, ensuring each participant receives the motivation and guidance they need.
