COURSE LEVEL DESCRIPTIONS

BABIES

You, or a caregiver, will accompany your baby (6-18 months) in the water as our instructors guide you through skills and activities designed to give your child a greater sense of comfort and confidence in the water. Skills include blowing bubbles, going underwater, entering and exiting the pool, kicking, and proper holding techniques for parents to assist with their child's learning.

TODDLERS

TODDLERS • Our toddler program (18 months - 3 years) is designed to create a bond between the parent (caregiver) and the child. There is no prior water experience necessary for this class. This gentle approach teaches basic swim and safety techniques to encourage a life-long love for the water. Techniques are taught to parents (caregivers) to assist their children when in the water to engage in water play through games and song while developing skills the child will build on in future independent classes.
