Pool Party package

$225/Members // $265 Non-Members

All parties include:

  • Dedicated party host

  • 2-hour access to a party room PLUS 1 hour 15-minute swimming in our pool

    • Ex. If your party is from 12:30P - 2:30P, you would get pool access from 12:30P - 1:45P

  • Bottomless soda & water pitcher

  • Food packages are available

  • Set-up & clean-up

  • Standard party decorations/paper products & utensils

FAQs

  • No, all parties need to be paid in full at the time of reservation.

  • If you cancel the reservation more than 8 days before the event date, you are able to receive a full refund. If you cancel the reservation within 7 days of the event, you may receive a 50% refund.

  • No, all parties need to reserved in person.

  • All party requests made within a 7-day window are approved on a case-by-case basis. Last-minute party requests are subject to availability.

  • Yes. An additional hour is $80 but is subject to availability.

  • There is a max of 20 children, and yes, siblings do count.

  • Yes. Per the pool rules, all guests that are “poor or non-swimmers” need to have a parent, guardian, or adult in the water and within arms reach for supervision.

  • Yes, any child that wishes to use the deep end and/or the diving boards must pass a swim test prior to entering the deep end. Please note that diving board availability is NOT guaranteed and is subject to availability.

  • No, the party participants will share the space with our members/guests.

  • Yes. A dedicated JRSSC staff will be helping take care of your party from start to finish.

  • We offer:

    • Large Cheese Pizza - $12+tax

    • Large Pepperoni Pizza - $13.50+tax

    • Chicken Tender Platter (30 count) - $30+tax

    • 10 Orders of Fries - $30+tax

    • 20 Orders of Fries - $50+tax

  • All food/drink orders MUST be placed seven (7) days prior to the event. You are able to call (540.318.6332) or place the order in person, and must be paid before the start of your party.

    All requests made within the seven (7) days of the event must be approved by the F&B Supervisor and, based on inventory, might be denied

  • The only outside food or beverages permitted are cake/cupcakes and ice cream (dessert foods) and bottled water.

    Any special requests need to be made in advance and will be approved on a case-by-case basis.

  • You can certainly request additional items, but ordering additional food on your event's day is not guaranteed and may not be available based on current inventory. We will do our best to accommodate but suggest ordering in advance whenever possible.
