Event Details:
Think you’ve got what it takes to hold the longest plank? Join us for our November Plank Challenge at the Jeff Rouse Swim & Sport Center! This month-long competition is all about endurance and determination as we see who can hold the longest plank in each category.
How It Works:
Challenge yourself to hold a plank (high or low) for as long as possible.
Grab a Rouse Fitness Attendant or any Rouse employee to time and verify your plank duration.
You can attempt as many planks as you want throughout November—each attempt gives you a chance to improve your time!
Categories:
Male & Female divisions
Acceptable plank forms: High Plank (on hands) or Low Plank (on forearms)
Prizes:
The competitor in each category with the longest time will win exclusive Rouse swag and earn serious bragging rights!
Event Duration:
November 1 - November 30
Rules & Tips:
Planks must be timed and verified by a Rouse employee.
All participants must register their plank times with an employee to be counted.
Stay safe! Make sure to use proper form to avoid any strain.
