Whether you're starting from zero pull-ups and aiming for one by the end of the month, or you can already knock out 10 and want to challenge yourself to 15 or more, THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR YOU!
HOW IT WORKS:
Track your pull-up progress throughout the month.
Once you've hit your max for the month, head to a fitness attendant or the front desk to record your name and your total pull-ups.
Keep challenging yourself to improve and crush your goals!
